Is access to Strategic Axis web site free?
Access to most Strategic Axis intelligence and analysis is available only through a paid service agreement. However, Strategic Axis has Free Intelligence Reports delivered upon request, at no cost, to Clients who are interested in learning about Strategic Axis definite added value to their business.
How do I request a Strategic Axis’s Free Intelligence Report?
It’s simple to request Free Intelligence Reports. If you are new to Strategic Axis and do not yet receive any of our mailings, contact us to learn more about each of our Free Intelligence Reports. If you already are a Client and do receive any of our free intelligence reports and have been assigned a unique user name and password, you can use your login information to request a new intelligence report.
How do I get a user name if I do not have one or if I have forgotten it?
If you have forgotten your user name, or you currently receive any of our free intelligence reports and you do not have a registered user name and password, please contact our Customer Service Department via e-mail at service@strategicaxis.biz.
What do I do if I forget my password?

How can I update my contact information?
The “My Account” function after you log in to your Premier Account page will allow you to change some of your information, such as e-mail address, physical address information, and password. You can find the My Account section once you log in.
Why can I not log in?
If you are a Strategic Axis Premier Client, please remember that both the user name and the password fields are case-sensitive. Please make sure that your user name and password are entered correctly and the caps lock on your keyboard is not on. If you type your user name and password correctly and you still cannot log in, please contact our Customer Service Department via e-mail at service@strategicaxis.biz

Can I forward the e-mails I receive from Strategic Axis to business associates and partners?
If you receive any of our Free Intelligence Reports, we encourage you to ask your business associates and partners to sign up to receive these reports directly from Strategic Axis.
If you are a Premier Client, under the terms of a paid services, Strategic Axis content, services or tools, and other intelligence is for the Client ONLY and may not be shared. The Client is responsible for the confidentiality and use of the Client's user name and personal password. The Client 's responsibility extends to all activity and use under the user name and password. By purchasing our services, you agree not to reproduce, retransmit, photocopy, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the information received through the Service to anyone without the express prior written consent of Strategic Axis. Information abstracted from our intelligence can be used for the Client’s research purposes but not for commercial purposes. Copying and distributing original copyright-protected intelligence from the site is expressly forbidden.
